1. We took care of Code Enforement, had the lawn mowed and weeds pulled. Our seller didn't have to worry about it while he was on a business trip. 2. We received the key and did a final walk through with the tenant vacating one of the homes. Our seller didn't have to take a day off to come to town. We will also make sure the property is being cleaned and ready to be shown. 3. One of the tenants is likely to leave behind a mess, another one won't take all the furniture. Our seller will not have to worry about it. His properties will be neat and clean - ready to be shown! We'll make sure of that. 4. We visit our vacant listings at least once a week. We make sure the lawns and mailboxes don't scream "I'm vacant!" We do these things because we care about our clients and their properties. Each client is different, we try our best to meet our clients needs and special circumstances.
