 Trends: Buyers are clearly looking for reasonably priced homes with the bulk of sales happening in the lower price ranges, $150,000 being the upper threshold. With the arrival of our annual winter residents, we expect a busy selling season, especially in the Mobile on rented land sector, which is always very popular during the winter months.
There are plenty of buyers coming back into the game but they do expect fair market value!
