Google - Interactive Street View iframed

I'm sure I'm not the first one to discover this but I think it's phenomenal nonetheless.
Below is one of our bank owned listings. With a few mouse clicks, clients can "walk" the neighborhood in the comfort of their own home! How neat is that? Now I'm wondering if that can be added to our listings on Craig's List.

Go to Google Maps, type in the address, find the home, click on "streetview" in the little window that pops up and voila! You can iframe the link or email it to your clients. I'm loving this! No longer do we have to describe neighborhoods, we can now have potential buyers from out of state or out of town walk the neighborhood themselves to get a feel for it.

Walk this neighborhood!

It appears the iframe feature doesn't work on this blog. It only posts a link

Wow Andrea, that's pretty cool, but I don't know if that will replace word descriptions.  With words you can paint a picture of idealism in someone's mind.

Andrea, Very interesting use of Google Street View.  Be careful though, I've had some neighbors object to these as well as issues with reading competing Realtor and FSBO signs (normally way out of date).

It is amazing! We only have a couple of streets in our area but look at a place like Santa Clara CA (Where google is located) WOW!!!

Looks like a good way to visually check out the neighborhood before viewing a property. Thanks.

Great idea.  I'm finding a lot of buyers are checking the street views for properties they like before going on tour.  It's pretty phenomenal what Google's been able to do.  I also find it a bit creepy in a Big Brotherish sort of way.  But I can't help checking out places I used to live and more with it.  Thanks for the idea.

Andrea, just came across your post on the little man in Google maps.  Superb!  I just emailed the link to a client moving here that wanted to know more about how an area looked!  Love it!
